Payment methods
Since our service provider Shopify does not yet offer bilingualism for payment methods (they are "working on it"), we would like to make digital payment easier for our German-speaking customers with the following overview. First, the system will ask them to choose between "go to checkout" and PayPal:
If you select "PayPal" and in the following screen "Pay with my PayPal account", everything is very simple. You do not need to enter a shipping address etc., and the user guidance from there on is country-specific, i.e. in German for German customers.
For all other payment methods, unless you are already registered as a customer, the form that then appears with the delivery address must be filled out, see here:
Click the green box to continue, and the following box will appear, where in addition to PayPal, "Sofort-Überweisung" or "Bank Deposit / Banküberweisung" can also be selected.
If you select "Sofortüberweisung", you will be redirected in German. If you select "Bank Deposit / Banküberweisung", you will be asked to transfer the amount to our postal account in Karlsruhe within seven days.
